Wish people would stop pinning every absence on covid , players get injured and get in the red zone , it serves nobody to speculate

They don't get injured in training that keeps them out for approximately 7 - 10 days where they walk straight back into the match day squad, though...

At least it would appear that all three missing today should be ok for our next premier league game.

Would suggest that at least 6 first teamers have had Covid with this latest spread , slowly getting through the team once again however not enough data yet on how often you can get this latest strain despite being vaccinated.

No, Karen, Arsenal are on a good run at the Emirates, and have a solid record on New Year's Day. They are unbeaten in 11 home games on New Year's Day since losing 2-1 to Tottenham in 1985, so I'm just preparing for a possible disappointment, especially without the pace of Walker & Foden.
