A lot of folks very confident that Vinnie will be back for this game. Have to say I wouldn't be overly surprised if Friday's press conf we get the "Kompany will start working with the squad next week....hopefully" line.

I would rather that than him return too soon and croc himself again

Good team. My only concern would be that if we insist on the full backs being asked to bomb forward at every opportunity, then I would like to see Navas & Sterling play.

Thinking about it for the last few days, we lost 1-0 to Arsenal in 2011/12 and we still won the league, we lost 3-2 to Liverpool in 2013/14 and we still won the league.

If we win on Monday we haven't won the league, similarly if we lose we haven't lost the league.

Like everyone else on here I would be very happy with a win but it doesn't guarantee anything.

The only thing I really want to see from us is get back to our early season work rate and a bit more aggressive defending from the front. It certainly won't magically fix all problems but it would certainly make us more difficult to play against.
