I said earlier in the season that I'd be giving it a miss but a mate of ours is over from Australia and wants to get an away game in before he flies back. He decided on this one so we bagged return train tickets for £24 several weeks back. Because the train fare is so cheap, it actually works out about a tenner cheaper for ticket and travel than the Norwich game I'm going to in a couple of weeks.

Still a shockingly expensive ticket price though.

great to see we are only charging £20 for Fulham but based on some very rough maths they will take approx £2m more for that match alone

Arsenal's "holier than thou", "we run the club without debt" line is the biggest scam out there.

Yes did the same as bizzarre as it sounds even with the match ticket this will be my cheapest London game trip for 2 years (just).

Take the tickets back to the station and give them some old flannel about having to cancel your arrangements due to illness or summat and they should refund your train tickets. Done it myself :)

already book train tickets and hotel for less than the price of the ticket!

£30 return train from york and £25 hostel near kings cross

makes up for the ticket price!
