I tried to get through to Cust services first as I thought that might be best. But waited over 30 mins listening to "Your call is important to us ....."

Just tried Option 1 again and got told same as 1st time so at least that was consistent, though not the news I wanted.

Ok bit of an update which hopefully will be helpful and may explain the inconsistent messages.

Just got through to Customer Services. They confirmed the initial allocation had sold out at the main Ticket Sales office (i.e. Option 1). But also said that they in Cust Services still had a small number left. However she had to get her Supervisor approval to sell them. Makes sense I suppose.

Good news for me is that I now have two. Thanks very much Ali_bee coz I was about to give up.

hi guys, just looking for a bit of advice really for the arsenal game. dont really wanna be spending 12 hours on a coach in one day!, so whats the best way to travel down? train? or is it best to stay overnight down there? how far is the emirates from euston? any info much appreciated.

Just spoke to a bloke at the ticket office and he said more tickets will be in at half 11, says Arsenal releasing tickets block by block hence why loads are getting told we are sold out.

Forgot to re-post, my mates dad went back down yesterday morning, was once again told there was one left. He told them that's what the said the day before and people had been and bought tickets since then. The person went inthe back and then came out with the 3 tickets we needed, so we're sorted now :) my furthest away match since wembley '99 when I was 6 ;)

has anyone been bale to buy a ticket via the ticket line, phoned supporter services over the weekend who said they were deffo getting another 1000 tickets monday morning, phone up 3 times now but they still haven't turned up? Also over the 3 phone calls been told

"no were not getting more"

Phoning them is like watching wigan athletic, you don't know what your gonna get.

the lack of communication between the ticket officies and the staff is just shocking.

Mate, ring them up. Tell them to take your bank details and Customer number....that's what they did to me after called 3 times today.

I find it refreshing that all the money doesn't change the way our wonderful ticket office operates, I have just paid for tickets which we may or may not get, but I should know by Wednesday
