Arsenal (H) - FA Cup | Post Match Thread

The media are giving them a moral victory pass as they rotated, something the press pigs didn’t afford us after Southampton, or even after Pellegrini played our U12s at Chelsea in the FA cup all those years ago. They celebrated our demise with glee and the no excuses line
Only we disrespect the FA Cup after all.

City fans: "We're Champions of England"

Arsenal fans: "You don't fill your grahnd!"

I think if Partey is healthy we beat you in league on current form just an opinion
No you don't.

Since the world cup we have beaten you, Chelsea (twice) Liverpool and Spurs and if it wasn't for the most ridiculous offside decision at old Trafford we would of beat the scum. Not bad for a team who the media are saying are playing poorly.

Now bear in mind we have probably only been playing at around 75% and you have been going at full plet and your still only 5 points ahead of us with half a season left.

We are just warming up and know how to deal with the pressure of a tight runin to the season. This Arsenal team don't. I'm 100% confident we get a result at The Emirates and well beat you at the Etihad.

You'll be at least 5 points behind us come the end of the season

I didn't go tbf, rarely these days, still love City though and always will, please don't start the "I'm a better fan than you..." bit, though no doubt you're miles better than me ofc. Even so, I'll never boo my players nor team, ever.
Not claiming to be a bigger fan but the person I wrote to sits on here game after game spouting the same bollocks from his arm chair. We beat the current Premier League leaders who've lost only 1 game and he still moans.

One of the worst sets of supporters in the league. The way they treated Wenger, the way they treated Emery. Lockdown was the best thing that happened to them and West Ham, because the atmosphere was toxic before then and both clubs turned it around in empty stadiums.

A game that sticks in my mind was our away win in 2018, a few days after we'd beaten them in the League Cup final. For those that like empty seats they'd have loved the arsenal attendance that night, they stayed away in their thousands. Bearing in mind they'd got to a cup final and were in European places at the time, not exactly relegation form. If they ever hit actual bad times they'll be nowhere to be seen and they know it.

I remember that game… half full according to reports.

Partey played in the game previous to the one last night, A game which we beat you in. Just saying.
For a half, but i think we will win at home in league and lose to you at league maybe if we lucky pull a United style snatch and grab and get a point. But i see a league split

Anybody mentioned the reception we gave Zinc and compared it to how the Arse clowns reacted to Adebayor and Nasri etc?
Also, who gives a fuck about whether either side was weakened? The FA Cup is a first-team tournament (as is the League Cup), so if you field a weakened team don't bleat about losing.
