But that’s what we need last season - to grind out wins in games where we couldn’t blow teams awayDon't know about the chant "boring boring Arsenal" who used to set up for a 1-0 win. We've just done the same. I'm happy enough about the win, but If I can offer an analogy...
Was like a watching a dithering dentist tryin to do canal canal-root treatment on one of Klopp's massive molars with a fucked Dremel : /
Hope you are right - but steady on - remember Mangala looked the business in his first game v Chelsea and we all know how that turned outGritty win.
They all count.
Also a much needed clean sheet.
Dias already looking the part.Hate making comparisons to any Rag players, but Dias reminds me of Vidic. Just has an air about him,and a real presence.I know it is only 2 games in,but sometimes you just know with players,he is one of them.
You're right pal. I was frustrated earlier when my stream kept playing up. Couldn't get into the game. Good result though at the end of the day and a welcome 3 points: )But that’s what we need last season - to grind out wins in games where we couldn’t blow teams away
It's not his first game, Mangala wasn't bad he just didn't fit our style of play, and Dias already looks very much like he does fit.Hope you are right - but steady on - remember Mangala looked the business in his first game v Chelsea and we all know how that turned out
And that is ok with me as it makes the discussions more interesting. He is a decent player but not a match winner and that is what I am basing my opinion on.bias - opinions. It’s all the same. You don’t like him. Many do
Both me and you know that but the gutter press will see it differently ...He won't get a ban because she made nothing of it, she's a good official in my view and rarely makes a bad decision, even today it's not a "bad" decision, just a mistake as it was very close to her, I suspect when Sergio confronted her she already knew she was wrong, but it's too late to change it, Sergio just made the point he was off the pitch.
How do we know it was her decision and not the referee's?He won't get a ban because she made nothing of it, she's a good official in my view and rarely makes a bad decision, even today it's not a "bad" decision, just a mistake as it was very close to her, I suspect when Sergio confronted her she already knew she was wrong, but it's too late to change it, Sergio just made the point he was off the pitch.

She will know what happened, and unless she makes a fuss (she doesn't appear to have done so), then it doesn't matter what the press say, just read the peirs morgan is behind it, another media c**t, and arsenal supporter to boot. Both me and you know that but the gutter press will see it differently ...
Sorry I was agreeing with you. Pretty awful offensively throughout, but it was impressive to grind out a result like that against one of the most in form teams in the league.Yeah, maybe “graft out” wasn’t the right term, although a 1-0 lead is always a bit precarious. It was a good win, but not completely dominant.
What for ? Because piers morgan isn't happy, fook off, she made noting of it at the time, even signalled to either the referee, or fourth official that there was no issue.I expect Sergio to receive a ban. Whether you defend him or not, what a stupid thing to do.
I hope he doesn’t. But I expect it.
I don't. The game was on live TV and had var too. There was plenty of time to review it at the time and at half time. Looking at it again the referee is aware Aguero is in discussion with her and waits until she moves away and it's over before the throw in is taken. They are in communication and she deemed it a non event. I have no doubt the media and internet trolls will scream for action but I can't see how any can be taken. I admit though it was a senseless stupid thing to do.I expect Sergio to receive a ban. Whether you defend him or not, what a stupid thing to do.

I think we should know from prior experience that if they want to charge him, they will find a way to do so.What for ? Because piers morgan isn't happy, fook off, she made noting of it at the time, even signalled to either the referee, or fourth official that there was no issue.
Sergio was silly to do it, it is against the rules, but she didn't appear bothered, he seemed to say something, perhaps apologising for his frustrated comments.
If she doesn't make a complaint I can't see it. I'm obviously an omptimist :-)I think we should know from prior experience that if they want to charge him, they will find a way to do so.
