This turned to be one of the easiest game this season. We were in full control except the moment they scored thier goal. Thanks to Pep and all players for the excellent performance tonight. Well done and congratulations to all our fans. It is a great time to be a citizen. CTID.
 
There can't be any complaints about that one. Have just got back in with 'johny, Johny Stones, Johny Johny Stones' still ringing in my ears. A brilliant first half only slightly tarnished by only being 2 goals to the good. On another day we would have been out of sight in that first 45 mins.
Everyone played well and it is hard and a little unfair to pick anyone out as shining a little brighter. Haaaland's link up play was superb today and I am pleased he got his goal at the end. Akanji was fantastic and coped very well with Saka, KDB of course was top notch, Grealish strong and feisty and of course Stones with a really good header to go with his all round contribution.
Arsenal are almost as bad as their counterparts in red from trafford for fouling and getting away with it, moaning and surrounding the ref, who incidentally, was crap.
Can't wait to see the whole game again on City+.

I thought the challenge on Haaland in the opening minutes in the opening minutes was very questionable....Partey(I think deliberately steps across him...no attempt at the ball whatsoever and clearly initiates the contact......for me that was a penalty but he gave a free kick to them
