It was a good game guys. Can't believe you put 6 past us in the first half. Good thing Pep decided to ease off to give your players some rest and not humiliate us any futher. Would have taken a forfeit but oh well. On to the next game I guess where Wenger can screw us again.
 
Tough game given the rest they’ve had and the one we haven’t. Can’t be underestimated.
 
We are comfortably better than Arsenal this season and have a real aura about our play at present.

We are a very difficult side to stop now.
3-0 City.

lol, you have hit some form of sorts so it can't be that bad bud hehe. Wenger will need to pull it out the bag a bit to be realistic though. That is not big headed chest puffing, just if i can't be confident now then i doubt i'll ever be hehe.

Personally i am just looking forward to it.
 
It feels so great to be a City fan right now and I'm admittedly giddy seeing some of the respect we are beginning to get for our style of play and watchability. We may never get the respect or un bias analysis from PL fans, but the rest of the world is taking notice.

Well we've seen since Atletico are not all that. So the media wank-fest after that win was prob more than a tad overblown.
 
The disallowed goal which cost us the FA cup is worth 5 and add the regular 5. Need to trash them with 10 goals to even things up with Arse.

I am not even counting the ridiculous drama that Wenger made us go through last second with Sanchez but since we will eventually get him for free will overlook that.

That's the team, but with Jesus instead of Aguero. He doesn't get rested midweek to not start at the weekend.

I think the goner is taking the piss after seeing some of the ridiculous predictions on here.i expect us to win but these 5 and 6 goal predictions are a tad stupid they are not what they were and were playing well but its a premier league game against a decent side who have been rested
 
It's time we put one of our last bogey sides to the sword. I'd settle for 1-0. I've got a feeling them rag b****** are gonna turn Chelsea over so we need 3 points, however we get em. CTWD

We did the same against Liverpool technically as it was the first game after the international break? 5-0? Of course we can do it.

Think you hit the nail on the head. We'll try and sit back / be forced to due to the quality of your play, & hit on the counter. However, we don't have the players or the tactical nous to make me feel confident of being able to achieve it. That's why a Liverpool type performance is just as likely as a Chelsea type performance from us.
 
I'd be happy with a score draw for us and a nil all for united-Chelsea.

But I think we'll win because Arsenal won't play the frustrating crowded defensive game that the likes of WestBrom can play. Any open game would generally be weighted towards the better team and right now we are the better team.

I don't like Arsenal but when we win the league I hope they are among Chelsea and Spurs in the top 4. Unless Watford can do it of course.
 
The arrogance from our fans has inched up a bit since last week. It has since passed the point where a raw or narrow win will seem satisfactory.

That sadly is pathetic. That said, this is the kind of game we can come out flat in. On the heels of a midweek intense emotional and physical battle and going up against a rested opposition with talent..

So unlike many here, my hope is that we don't come out flat, and if we do then I hope we can weather the storm and fight thru it.

I hope we don't get a rash call that cost us a player and changes the complexion of the game.

And most importantly, I hope we can continue our display of fantastic football and come away with a win. Hopefully 2-0
