I hope to god the PR team are sitting down with Pep drilling him on what to say/not say in his press conference tomorrow in light of the breaking news today.

I have no doubt his heart will be in the right place but he has a habit of saying very clumsy things that make it worse. Like how Bernardo can't be racist because he has black friends, or how his kids play with indian kids, black kids and normal kids.

Hopefully he'll just flat out refuse to discuss it, but I dont think he'll be asked about this game much.

No comment the matter is before the courts , how difficult is that.

More importantly and I stand to be corrected but his personality seems to be well liked around the club despite not a walk up starter if fit and I hope this development doesn't impact on the teams ethos and winning mentality.

He should be saying Mendy is suspended and he won't comment on any ongoing investigation. End of conversation.
