Arsenal Post Match Thread.

I thought fernandinho was our motm I thought Navas did ok against one of the best players in the league (with not much help) Yaya has just ruled out his contract extension in my eyes..apart from that it was a defo penalty and coq au vin should have gone. Put sanchez in that team and we win.
Sanchez was very ill-dsciplined I thought. Spent most of the game like a kid chasing the ball when he should have been in his position. Looks to me like Wenger has lost control of his squad. Was never a penalty. Player had no idea where ball was

Please can Sanchez leave in the Summer? I don't ever want to have to watch Pep hugging him after a game again.

for me the game was always going to be a draw and with the FA semi final coming up nobody was giving anything away BUT for me manchester city had 3 or 4 gears to go up and when we turned it on we could hurt them at anytime. the league gone before today and even a win today city would not have won the league this season and spurs are the only team that can chance down chelsea

the setup today with manchester city is like round pegs in square holes its just not good enough and i watch and think why is players playing out of there own roles asking navas to play rightback a puzzle when zabba on the bench then playing KDB in the holding midfield when yaya is on the bench. but like i said pep must be hold something bacl

We should've hammered them, they're a poor team with poor confidence and we sat off them instead of turning them over. Poor mentality. At least Kompany got to warm up a bit tho eh

i did wth chelsea...not with spurs though......we were unluck y against spurs but still teh architects of our own failure with shocking defending but we pplayed well that day in a lot of other areas.......

vs chelsea the reffing decsions were poor but like i said,,,you cannt rely on that..you have to look at what you can effect and again in areas that day we were poor in the second half
Right but wouldn't you rather have those calls and the points and then Pep can still be on their backs because we want to win the title rather than secure top 4? It's one thing to say we shouldn't be relying on the ref(even though it's his duty to make those calls correctly regardless of how either team is playing) and put all our chances away but it's not wrong to say we probably would have won if a penalty was awarded there, especially if Coquelin gets the second yellow ontop of that.

Clichy aside, I'm more concerned with the midfield. Spineless doesn't begin to describe KDB and Sterling. You can have all the talent in the world but if you've got no heart, you're going nowhere. Silva is about the only one in there who stands a chance of winning a 50/50 although Dinho knows how to foul which can come in useful.

Another 2 points that we have carelessly tossed away, along with so many others. We should have put them to the sword but we didn't. I'd love to see Sanchez in a City shirt next season, what a player that lad is.

He's their only player... but he's leaving and they could be stuck with their dinosaur manager for 2 more years... they're fucked !!!
