We haven't a hope. And if we do we don't deserve it.
Of course, we do. It remains 100% in our hands to be third. Even 2 nd is amazingly still just possible if Southampton thrash Tottenham tomorrow.
Two games 7 days apart with our BEST team (no hangers on who are saying bye bye) and we are home.
City relished this sort of challenge once upon a time.
If the crowd play their part tomorrow then we can get there.
If it is full of disbelief then that mood will stifle the team.
The choice of side will decide everything.
Pellegrini must be forced by someone at the club to get that right if there is any chance he intends to play favourites for a last hurrah. Cannot do that tomorrow in any universe.
The future of the club not his 'nice man gesture to give his mates a send off' has to take priority.
