Whatever way this is dressed up it's our cup final- Biggest game of the season. Get behind whoever he picks but let's not go easy on them. The crowd (us) need to lift their game big style tomorrow. The atmosphere due to pricing has removed most of our proud long term support.

He can win by only picking players who will be at City next season and will want to bust a gut to get themselves into the CL.

He will rightly get slaughtered (and frankly should be sacked on the spot) if he insists on giving 'final appearances' to once good players who he and they and we all know will be out of the door in a few weeks.

Because they will not have the same personal motivation and will be there not for reasons connected with next season but sentiment for past seasons.

The time to give those players a last farewell is AFTER the match.

And they will get a far better one than he will engineer if we win and the mood is upbeat than if he shoehorns them into a losing cause.

That surely cannot be open to any reasonable disagreement now or at 3 pm tomorrow.

If we go down fighting with players who will be here next season doing their best that is fine by me. Losing is not the issue. Losing whilst players more focused on saying bye bye are not striving every sinew for success surely is.
