How many thousands do the Arsenal fans have to pay for their season tickets this season?

Arsenal are holier than ho.

Season about to start.....shit just got real.

Come on City, hoping to be walking away from Wembley pointing and laughing at all the tarquins.

Just another day when wenger moans about us. It's becoming a tradition really

Wenger really doesn't like City does he? If you had a quid for everytime he mentioned City you'd be a millionaire.

For someone who complains about high salaries he is one of the highest earners. For someone mentioning high transfer fees he has spent 200m in 4 seasons. For someone complaining about better clubs poaching his players, he poaches off the likes of Southampton. Every year they scrape fourth, I'm hoping his transfers don't click and they struggle for fourth

They'll come 4th yet again no doubt. I'm guessing Chelsea, City and United top 3.

Hopefully we go for an win the Europa league.

Yeah, he never seems to stop talking about us.

What I would say in an ever so slight defence of him is that many of his comments come about as a direct result of journalists asking leading questions. However, he'd be better served issuing a polite no comment.

Looking at his comments again re the Lampard loan deal, to be fair he doesn't say for sure that it's an attempt to circumvent FFP - he actually says he doesn't know. What I also found interesting were his comments on whether Arsenal would consider acquiring other clubs in the way City have done. He didn't dismiss it out of hand but said it would be difficult at the moment as they don't have the financial clout to fund such a project. It sounds to me like the penny has dropped with him that City might just have found a unique way of growing a football brand and, should it be a success, it really wouldn't surprise me if other clubs follow the blueprint in future.

Wenger says "I don't know the rules well enough, but they bought a franchise for £59.4m to play in the States next season."

Can I suggest Mr Wenger that if you don't know something well enough, then best not to speak about it....
