This is an interesting one.

Zaha is probably a £40m player. But Palace's survival almost entirely depends on him staying so he's worth £100m+ to them. On top of that 20% of the fee goes to United so Palace really need to sell him for a massive fee.

Then there's talk about gentleman's agreements, letting him leave, souring a relationship that's been so great for 5 years. He's 27 so this is realistically his last chance.

I think this one will end up in player strikes/angry chairmen venting in the press etc.

He'd be a really good signing for Arsenal.

That's what you call a low ball offer :))

I think it's an offer of what he's worth as a player, as opposed to what he's worth to Palace.

For some reason just because Steve Parish or someone has told the press they rate Zaha at £80m, people have started thinking he's worth that. He's a good winger who is about to turn 27 and gets 5-10 goals a season with an entire team built around him.

A lot of players are worth a lot less than clubs buy them for, its supply and demand like you say what a club values him by to there club plus clubs in premier are dont need to sell a much as they did a few years back because of the tv money.

Idris Elba, "I could have played for Arsenal, Canning Town under nines leading goal scorer"

Canning Town is a West Ham area plus he grew up in Hackney and East Ham, Hackney being a Spurs hot bed and East Ham being West Ham as well. Init fam.

Wilfred Zaha is a diving rag twat!

Do Arsenal have an Italian chairman or something? I'm surprised they didn't offer to bring him on loan with Palace paying half the wages.
