He's a prick! Gets frustrated, but he's the 1 that let's the team down more often than note. Meant to be a leader, yet time & time again he does it. Its cowardly actually. Had a chance for a fresh break in the summer, he was 3/4 of the way out the door, instead the move breaks down & we end up giving him a new contract. Madness.

The reason I ask is that I have noticed him do it to Arsenal on a number of occasions. The only person I can draw similarities to is Balotelli who would happily get sent off when we were down in a game. I just don't understand how he has managed to remain at the club for so long if he is a "leader".

At least twice he's nearly been out the door, & twice Arteta has convinced him to stay, so it's on him. I was looking forward to him leaving & going for someone like Neves or Bissouma, instead we are stuck with him getting sound bites about his leadership qualities off the park when he constantly let's us down on it.

Xhaka had a good euros where he supposedly showed great leadership qualities so I guess they though he had turned a corner, leopards, spots and all that, he’s a shithouse of a player.

If i was at Arsenal board, i would have done everything to sign B silva and build the team around him as they don't have one player of his level.
