Same. Other than Alexander Arnold and Robertson there’s not really any dislikable players in the Liverpool team, maybe Nunez. We know what their fans are like but the silver lining is Liverpool equaling the rags 20 times.

I want this Arsenal board, manager and set of players to continue to fail. They are currently Tottenham under Pochettino, long may it continue.

I remember that too..late own goal at ours gave them an undeserved draw otherwise we would have won the league..
But finishing second is like losing a cup final..great for Bridesmaids FC but we wouldn't class it as success
ugh heart broken ..League Runners up was a 'thing' most clubs added it to the bottom of their badges following season..we did for example

Yep. He left himself wide open to that sort of comeback he got yesterday. Opposition players have long memories.
We would too, If Havertz launched one at Diaz's head for example..imagine the uproar!!
And clamours for a sending off

Yeah I'm not getting carried away but I also don't think City are a poor team, they are just incomplete. For much of yesterday they were the better team, and for the rest of the game they played like relegation fodder. Strange but addressable. I think you need a top quality right back, definitely another DCM but these need to be red hot quality and not 'prospects'. The lads City signed recently may well turn out to be excellent but I think you need a couple of top quality, 'been there done that' players and you'll be back at it, perhaps not quite at previous levels as I reckon the World Class KDB is a faded force now and I don't know who out there on the market can replace him.
100% but I believe this lack of planning was Pep thinking that's me - 6 wins in 7 years I'm off
But..I think he likes dollar! and after his divorce to his wife I assume a it meant a 50 / 50 split in assets (30 yr marriage / relationship etc). I reckon when that was done and he got offered 2 year extension money (well, aside from agent and tax man) this was all his!! Problem is I don't think he really planned it - so is left with what he was going to walk away from......... lot's of assumptions but how badly do you have to be at planning to be where we are with loads of players way too old?

In recent years, Liverpool in England and Real Madrid in Europe had been City's biggest rivals on the pitch. We have traded blows with them, won a lot and lost some as well. Apart from a few rumblings from Klopp, Alexander Arnold and Vinicius Jr in interviews, we have never seen this level of petulance that we are seeing from this lot. There was a reason Haaland reacted the way he did when Arsenal visited us. He is a young competitive player and the dirty antics from Arsenal got to him. He shouldn't have said or done what he did that day and I am sure he now realizes it too. This lot is not worth reacting to in this current state of things. They will pull you down to your level and you will lose your focus and resort to shithousery.

Regarding The game yesterday, they did play some good football in the last 20 minutes, but still managed to display their petulant and emotional side. And that's why this result doesn't matter much in the grand scheme of this season as City are not immediate challengers to Arsenal. They need to win every single game themselves to even have a chance to overhaul Liverpool and even then they need quite a few favors from other sides.

All in all, they can celebrate now since they have beaten the previous 4 times champions but it seems like Haaland's infamous three words will ring loudly in their ears come May YET AGAIN!!

Me too. Why? First of all I am not exposed to the scouse cretins like you lot are. I am far enough removed.

Second of all, we have suffered them winning the league and cups in recent history. On the other hand the Arses haven’t. Oh yes they have fairly recently won the odd cup but they haven’t won the big enchilada ie the league or the chumps league. Rather see the scouse scum be happy again than the Arses be happy st all!!
