Our replacements were not exactly unknowns.
Tarquins have 2 kids doing their a levels now, essential parts of their team.

Scousers have Salah playing out of his skin….
Those 2 replacements cost us £20m, Phil won poty & at the same time Arsenal were 8 points in front. Last season you could see that the amount of game time Saka had played was starting to tell & it's poor planning not to get someone in who could ease the burden

I don't think Salah playing out of his skin he's just he's very clinical & converting red cartel penalties,

They run their club in such a cynical manner from top to bottom their kids don't see anything wrong with how they are taught. Could have been Lewis-Skelly, Gabriel or even Partey (hope they don't learn anything else from him though).

Would be nice to see them play the Leeds team we played in the Youth Cup. If that was to happen and be refereed honestly and correctly, there wouldn't be many players left on at full time.
Lack of discipline and loss of composure will prevent Arsenal winning anything. It is a major flaw with Arteta.

Conceded…..

The "we beat City and PSV" cup double to add to their charity shields.

Will get absolutely shat on by the first decent team they play.

According to the BBC stats, PSV had 53% possession and 12 shots to Arsenal’s 15. Arsenal were unusually clinical with 7 goals from 8 shots on target. Great result and fair play to them in winning the ‘we won 7-1 trophy’, but it’s a freak result and insignificant unless they are on that winners rostrum when the actual trophy is handed out.

Which will be one of the Madrids in the next round :)
Nobody is thrashing Arsenal. We might not get through but it will be at least competitive. Our defence will make sure.

I'd rather play Real than Atletico though from the perspective of getting through. Real are obviously a very talented side but they like to attack and for all their A player attackers they aren't super strong in midfield and at the back and I think we could overpower their midfield, with our defence doing a decent job of keeping Mbappe/Vini at bay.

Atletico on the other hand are Arsenal's worst nightmare. Defensively solid, able to play a low block, effective on the break. No thank you - bring on Real.

Atlectico are the closest to arsenal.
Horrible time wasting cheating twats.
Be nice to see you on the other end of it

Getting cocky now, eh?
Cocky about the fact I'm pretty sure we're in the quarters after a 7-1 away win?

I'm not cocky about beating Real - they'd be favourites but I was saying I'd rather face them than Atletico.
