Do you still want Jeremy Doku sold to achieve this ?The reality is, they are a very good outfit and we will do very well to finish above them

Steady on. Recency bias is a thing. I know full well that Gooners can be attention seeking, emotionally unstable morons. Dippers fans though have actually murdered opposing fans. They've trashed your team coach. They've thrown sharp objects that injured children who support your team. They openly boo our national anthem, thereby disrespecting the memories of the brave fallen who defended our country. And they seem to think they are deserving of special status because they aren't English they are 'Scousers'.
Arsenal fans could literally set fire to the Etihad and yet our crimes against football wouldn't come close to what those ferals on Merseyside have done over the years.
Did you still have a soft spot for Arteta after he made those post game comments saying how he was happy for Thomas Partey when he scored in match because of everything he was going through off the field?
There is a feeling that he left our club and became your manager in a rather sneaky underhand way. He could have been more respectful and open like Pep Linders was to Klopp and Liverpool when he joined us.I don’t follow every statement he has made, it’s possible he believed Partey was not guilty at the time. I personally thought Benjamin Mendy was 100% guilty and was shocked when he walked free. That experience shows how uncertain the truth can be. Unlike Klopp, Arteta has not, to my knowledge, shown any disrespect towards City.
I saw an interview with Arteta when he said Pep told he that 'he absolutely had to go and take' the Arsenal role. This was at the time Emery got the job. Obviously Arteta didn't get it that time but did later on after Emery was sacked. Arteta was clear that Pep is uniquely focused on the career development of his staff and highlighted it as something particularly impressive about him. There is a feeling that he left our club and became your manager in a rather sneaky underhand way. Intentionally kicked the ball away from De Bruyne when he went to pick it up in front of him. Personally I find that quite disrespectful towards City especially since Kev is possibly our greatest ever player.I don’t follow every statement he has made, it’s possible he believed Partey was not guilty at the time. Interesting that a similar quote wasn’t given when he did actually become your manager. I agree about not giving Emery enough time, he is a class manager, although persevering with Arteta was the right move for your board. The question I have for you is what happens if you finish second again this season, will you stick or twist? I think you should stick but will you?I saw an interview with Arteta when he said Pep told he that 'he absolutely had to go and take' the Arsenal role. This was at the time Emery got the job. IMHO Emery didn't get enough time but it's always tough following after a club legend. Same happened when red nose left the Rags and I imagine will happen with Guardiola's replacement - always on a hiding to nothing replacing those figures. Slot was the one manager who lucked out I guess.
There’s a fucking shock!
Fuck off back to your own forum if you don't like what Bluemoon has to say.A bit misleading:
'The panel voted 3-2 that the on-field decision by referee Sam Barrott to not award a penalty was incorrect.
It also voted 3-2 that video assistant referee (VAR) Michael Salisbury should have sent the match official to the monitor to change his decision.
Three panel members noted "Saliba carelessly kicks Barry with no contact on the ball" and they felt it was a clear and obvious error.'
So 3 vs 2 but that doesn't account for the 3-5 VAR Officials and the ref, which would make it at least 6 v 3 that say it isn't. Bluemoon will keep telling us it was stonewall though
That’s 2 major decisions you have had go your way in last couple of games.A bit misleading:

Amazing when they get it wrong it is always 3/2.A bit misleading:

Arteta could go 10 years finishing 2nd and the majority of Arse fans will stick with him or find an excuse to give him a other chance.Interesting that a similar quote wasn’t given when he did actually become your manager. not really tough place great game ..point there is good - cracking 0;0 tbfCredit where it’s due. Villa are the in form team but got blown away. Must win vs Sunderland.
Absolutely no way is the league 'ours'. It's only halfway, had you won today you'd not be saying that. We are perfectly capable of dropping points in the next 4 games particularly as they come thick and fast.league is probably theirs. After that expect them to fuck off down the table again.
It will be normal service resumed soon enough.
Down the table is not 1st mate. Arsenal normally make top 4/5 but challenging for the league you have not for a while.Absolutely no way is the league 'ours'. If we get out of the Etihad at least 3 points ahead then I'll say we are very much in the driving seat - until then it's 1 game at a time.
Not sure why we'd drop down the table though - squad is very young. It's perfectly feasible that City and the Dippers could finish ahead of us in seasons to come (and City this season, not the Dippers though) but I can't see us finishing below 3rd for quite some time unless Chelsea get their shit together but they don't have a single player I'd want in our side (and that includes Palmer and Caicedo - possible Reece James if he could stay fit) whereas there are quite a few City players who I'd take tomorrow.
We've been 2nd last 3 seasons and worst we will finish is 2nd this season barring something unthinkable. No reason that trajectory will change unless the owners decide they no longer want to invest. We used to sell our best players as 4th place was fine. We won't do that now with the caveat that we need to actually win something else the Salibas etc might be tempted to push for a move to Madrid etc.Down the table is not 1st mate. Once the title is lifted, I don’t see you having the stomach to go again and again. Those dip teams that battled it out with city were immense battles. Season after season, I just don’t see it. Lose 3/4 players or buy 3/4 poor players and it’s back to top 4.
It’s hard to describe but fighting it out with yourselves hasn’t reached that level. Maybe we need to lose it. Pep normally doesn’t lose 2 leagues in a row.
No offensive but I havnt been able to take you seriously as a club. The moaning and entitled behaviour of your fanbase is not enjoyable.
If you win it, those twats in avt will be insufferable.
Anyway, you have enough to win it this season. City still can’t get that untouchable level in games yet. Far too many messy games.
