He clearly tries to get back further onto the pitch. Not defending Martinelli though, he =deserves what he gets.
??? 3/4 of his body is already on the pitch!!

Yes I am not sure why he tried to crawl back on tbh.??? 3/4 of his body is already on the pitch!!
He couldn’t crawl back on. He already was on!!!!!:-)Yes I am not sure why he tried to crawl back on tbh.
I thought Pep’s successor was already sorted. Hasn’t Neil Warnock already been seen many times with Pep and at the Etihad training camps? He’s only 77 so has got a few years left in him yet (as many FOCs on here will testify).Yes football is full of surprises but I believe our Board is not stupid. There is no way supporters would accept either of Arteta or Klopp as a Manager. Whatever one's personal view of Arteta he both bends the rules of the game and is anti-football. Our Board are very image conscious and our fans would not tolerate his style of play. Klopp is a different case. Whilst more image friendly than Arteta at the age of 59 he's hardly a forward, long-term appointment. They would want somebody who is going to be around for a considerable period of time and at his age that's highly unlikely

Nonetheless he did try to, its there. Are we going to go round this again? He couldn’t crawl back on. He already was on!!!!!:-)
Hasn’t addressed his arrogant pre game comments about how his team were absolute certainties to win last night thoughIn fairness he has posted on the premier league thread lamenting Lego head’s approach to the game & calling out Martinelli’s behaviour as disgusting.
Yeah but the facts are martinelli was trying to push a player off the pitch who had never left it? You do see that yeah?Nonetheless he did try to, its there. Are we going to go round this again?
Can't be arsed m8. You got a bee in your bonnet about it.Yeah but the facts are martinelli was trying to push a player off the pitch who had never left it? You do see that yeah?
Liverpool player goes down ON the pitch with a serious knee injury. Arsenal player attempts to push him OFF the pitch.
It’s not rocket science pal
I still doubt that the hierarchy would want to see City playing Lego head's anit-football for three years or more.Strange things happen mate!
Arteta has gained top level experience at Arsenal, and has a very good performance record - second only to Pep since he went there.
While most of us think he's a twat, the same has been thought about every other top coach who has battled for the PL against us; GPC, Klopp, Mourinho, Slot...
When it comes to replacing Pep, second best will be as good as it gets, and the board will most likely prioritise PL and CL experience. The thought of Arteta having 'engineered' a move from City won't bother the board at all - it demonstrates ambition and self-belief, both positive attributes.
Personally, I think that the board will already have three names pencilled on their 'possible' list... Enrique, Arteta, and Klopp.
Like it or not, if we want continued success, those three names will be considered.
Naa your just deludedCan't be arsed m8. You got a bee in your bonnet about it.
There’s a bloke, currently employed in Bavaria, who’s not doing too badly. He has age on his side, too, as well as connections to the Greater Manchester area.Yes football is full of surprises but I believe our Board is not stupid. There is no way supporters would accept either of Arteta or Klopp as a Manager. Whatever one's personal view of Arteta he both bends the rules of the game and is anti-football. From what I can pick up on, as I don't watch title rivals much these days, I don't fear City going to any of those grounds with their teams...maybe The Bridge, maybe. The only thing I am worried about is we have the hardest away fixtures left we have to go to anfield, old toilet, stamford bridge, tottenham. I think Arsenal only have us and tottenham left.
Let it go.Naa your just deluded
All the team. They really are a set of thoroughly dislikeable individuals with the pack leaders being Martinelli, Gabriel and the oh so humble Lewis Smelly.I wonder who they will target when we meet at the Etihad especially if have eaten into their points lead.
This is my post of the day. Properly made me splutter my coffee out all over the screen.I thought Pep’s successor was already sorted. We’re also apparently interested in Anthony Kayode. Him and Semenyo launching long throws into the mixer would be right up Warnock’s street. Even better, Rudiger’s available from our mates at Real Madrid for a knock-down price to sort our centre half problems.
We might have to sign a snidey, diving cheat to go full anti-football though. Unfortunately Salah will cost too much in wages and Arsenal are unlikely to sell Saka to a potential rival. We could always hire Arteta to give Bernardo some advanced lessons as according to the matchday thread, he could do with a rest most games. A few minutes rolling about on the floor might do the trick.
However, Warwick would have to lose the hair though as he’d tarnish Pep’s legacy.

They did, didnt they.... Liverpool will also provide a late challenge. They looked very good last night.
We came away with a point from cheating Arsenal, and really should have had all three. From what I can pick up on, as I don't watch title rivals much these days, I don't fear City going to any of those grounds with their teams...maybe The Bridge, maybe.
