Folk trying to defend it .........its not just an isolated incident is it ?????.........the way they act when they win a big GAME .......not a trophy a game and as for dragging him off the pitch thats bad enough but throwing a bsll at him aswell ffs it wasnt just one thing it was a couple ...........and we sll know its all down to that **** of a manager that bastard will have been at the heart of said tactics he introduces this kind of shit ..........was it not down to him that players went down with injuries so he could gather the team in for tactics ?????
So please try to defend it but that was fooking disgusting last night and there is no getting away from it

I still doubt that the hierarchy would want to see City playing Lego head's anit-football for three years or more.

We receive enough stick from the media now; can you imagine what it would be like, if we tried the shit that cheating Arsenal pull?

And I don’t think Arteta has it in to change his style.

I, for one, would be very disappointed, if he ever becomes head coach at Manchester City.

So would I, but I suspect that there may be a degree of panic around continued success in the boardroom when Pep decides to leave.
As I said, strange things happen.

They did, didnt they...
Corrected for lurking scousers 'Dey did doe didn't dey la'

Just as we are not far off our annual ritual humiliation at candlefield. We will get sweet fa decisions and protection following the outrage after Van Hypes disallowed equaliser at ours. Which BTW was entirely thug Robertsons fault - but never let the facts get in the way of a sly sports led red injustice outrage.....

I agree. The culture is very poor at Arsenal. Diving at every opportunity, always clutching their heads. I don't believe other teams do it, certainly not as such a widespread tactic. Liverpool didn't do it last night (Salah was not there perhaps). Arsenal is the worst team we have ever seen in this country for dirty tricks. But don't expect the London media to call them out for it.

Amazing how quickly the authorities are to come out and say that rat Martinelli will not receive any additional punishment.
What he did was bad. However we live in a period where players routinely fake injuries to waste time or get the game stopped (ironically Martinelli did just that just after he came on) so it's hard to know when someone is cheating or genuinely injured. Maybe if there was a rule that if you go down and the game gets stopped because of it then you have to come off the pitch for treatment and stay off for 3 minutes unless you get subbed or if the whistle went for a foul (I'm talking about the players who feign injury to get the game stopped).

Maybe this is the time you finally learn your lesson and not be so arrogant
'Learn my lesson lol'. Shock horror - football fan confident in his team's chances of winning a football match.

Haven't you spent most of the time either on here or on the 'WWWTL' thread adamant City will win the league and Arsenal will falter, as if that isn't statistically highly improbable? I guess if that doesn't happen you also will spend some time reflecting on life's learnings too?

Two things to raise;

- How the fuck are Arsenal on some sort of high-horse about time wasting!? Is this irony in it’s most obvious guise or are they being ironic??

- I sincerely hope the next time Martinelli is injured, genuinely or not, sometime drags the daft tosser off of the pitch.

I give you Ramsdale...Arsenal were the kings of time wasting tbf..i'd say Arsenal accelerated the trend when they were in the chasing pack...now you have the best team no one can time waste! talk about hypocrisy... I do love a number of Arsenal players as footballers, Trossard is great to watch, Timber on his day and Odegaard but the manager fuck me what an arse wipe... and its his attitude that has affected a % of the fan base... the irony of it, Arsenal moaning about time wasting

There’s confidence and then there is just pure arrogance. You talk a lot of rubbish on this platform and I’m just holding you accountable when you do
