it's a wonder VK is not badly hurt by the reckless lunge of wilshire trying to recover the ball .In the parlance of football VK was "done".
For a make-shift team we did pretty good, the chasing down was relentless, the movement off the ball had them chasing shadows, just a reluctance to shoot being a mild gripe. Cracking result. and another clean sheet

You think it was a sensible tackle to make, in a game when we were 2 up and a man up and absolutely cruising and with a recent starting back away at ACON? Kompany can be an utter tit at times with his ridiculous tackling technique and today was an example.

Yes I said as much in an earlier post. Imagine if Nastasic or (if he was still here) Savic had done that ? They'd have been blasted on here. How often does Nastasic go to ground ? Kompany could do with looking at his 19 year old defensive partner.
