Wish him well but it won’t be easy with their skinflint board and difficulty being outside the top four to attract the best players. Arteta also has no experience of being in the hot seat this will further deter big name players going there.
 
Apparently he's said words to the effect,

'There's no energy in the team and anyone not willing to step up and put the effort in will be out'"

£5M a year over 3 years and I could have told them that for fcuk all..

Easy this management lark.

Also, every time I see him on the TV, Arteta is a dead ringer for Captain Black, leader of the Misterons..

Watch out for those 2 menacing circles rolling across the screen when the camera pans on him..!

Look closely and you can see the strings..

He's not their leader, he's their "agent", and it's Mysterons :-)
 
Can tell he has been with pep for over 3 years his talk is pep talk. One thing Pep always says though you need Very Good players to make it work have Arsenal got that? If not will they give Arteta 300m to put it right?
