I don't think we need a jack of all trades though do we? Surely if we want to replace Yaya then we'd want someone who specialises in dominating the ball in the middle of the park, retaining possesion, while offering the creativity to find the killer ball, as that is Yaya's main role in the team isn't it? It's not like we need a defensive gladiator to replace his fantastic defensive work, or someone who can fill in elsewhere, any replacement for Yaya would be the main man in our midfield and we should be aiming for the best possible person for that specific job? Obviously if the best person for that role is Vidal, then the other stuff he offers is a bonus, but the main thing should be his ability to replace Yaya's role in the team
