As always a low allocation, only 25000 for champs league final

Not defending the prices at all but if there was one place to have the most expensive seats good job it’s Wembley , at least we have no real cost of travelling.

That point alone makes me willing to pay more. Obviously prefer the cheaper category .

Let’s worry once we are there though
 
When we got to the final last year, when you applied via city you had to just pick a price band yes, but if that band was sold out or over subscribed did they let you have a second choice or did you get left with nothing?
I didn't do it so not sure.
Worried about picking the cheapest seats only to find they've all gone and I don't get a second choice. What happened last year? I didn't pay much attention cos of mum's illness.

I've checked my City Matters notes and the last figure I have is from the 2021/22 season, with just over 18k on the CL scheme. And that was actually the most of the three cup schemes. I suspect, given our success last season, that'll gone up but can't imagine it'll be more than 20k now.

If I remember correctly you went on the UEFA website to buy your ticket with a code that City allocated you (which sorted out your eligibility). You bought a ticket there and then and could select from the available price bands and then your ticket was downloaded to your account/mobile later on.

In case of a successful application, how do I pay?

You will receive an email inviting you to log in to your UEFA ticketing account.
You will be able to make the payment for your ticket(s) by credit or debit card.
You will have a limited time to make the payment. The due date will be defined in the email.
Is this email an indication of the status of my application?

No, this email is not an indication of the status of your application.

When will I know the outcome of my application?

Applicants that selected “I want to apply for tickets in any case”, regardless of which teams reach the final, will receive an email notification with the outcome of their application by the beginning of May 2024 the latest. After the Semi Final matches, another lottery will be run among those who decided to apply only if their team qualifies. Note that the emails are not sent to all applicants at once.
