That is true but it contributes to who was most likely to reach the ball first, i.e. was it 50/50 or 75/25? For a 50/50 then a high foot would be more likely to contact the opponent whereas the 75/25 you start to consider if the opponent was just throwing themselves into the challenge.because someone got the ball doesnt mean its not a foul
