Aston Villa (A) | PL | Post-Match Thread

When it comes to playing City I don't think any side does small time, game raising twattery quite like Villa.

We really are their cup final every season, they're still obviously deeply bitter about Gaz Baz and Milner and more recently Grealish.

I actually feel a bit embarrassed on their behalf when seeing the team and fans celebrate wildly after getting a draw against us.
I think Gerrard has had a real tough time of it, and a lot of that shit has come from their fans - so him and his players deserve their celebrations.

However, their fans.......

They are, in my opinion, one of the most self entitled bunch of fuckers knocking around given their lack of winning anything for a long time. Rags and Dippers I get, but this lot? Very, very unlikeable.

When we were a poor team we used to always beat them because of there fans expectations on there team! They turn up yesterday expecting a beating so there happy for it to be a slow shit game by there players! They played a Brighton or a Brentford yesterday they pressure on the players would of been so high that the team would got a lot of stick!

As a club and fan base Villa are desperate to be relevant, hence their cup final mentality against us. They will be rolling over again next week. The definition of small time.

Really great debut post there.

Snif snif.
So I’m not entitled to an opinion , very constructive
Le fuck off.
its fine that you fine that you don’t agree with me , But be constructive , if your little mind cannot cope with any sort of opinions on players then why are you here , I’m assuming by your response you regard Ederson as the greatest keeper of all time with no shortcomings to his game…. On a side note I’m sure most people can also see how this formation gets exposed on the counter and when we play the better teams they will be much more able to expose that, villa did it , Tottenham will have a field day with their wide players . Hopefully we can change formation slightly to counter this threat… just my opinion though

Shouldn't matter though - we should be prepared for it and have enough.
The only thing that stops City is ourselves.
A concerning result and performance, that feels even worse today.
