Agree. My mate refs at a high level in the amatuer game and Dean is one of the refs who goes round giving 'inspirational' talks to lower level refs. Answers on a postcard as to the advice he gives out. On a slightly different note - Taylor with his nineteen brothers who are all MU seasoncard holders, is actually the best ref in the Prem in my opinion.Possibly the worst ‘officiating’ I have EVER seen.

That's how all our wingers are asked to play (see my earlier frustration at some of our own fans not understanding Sterling's instructions), and he's playing with less freedom because he's playing in the most successful system currently in world football which has quite a specific set of positional and tactical demands. As Villa fans are we supposed to be happy about losing our best players to city all the time ? ie Barry , Milner, Delph , Grealish ? How are we supposed to build a team to compete if this keeps happening?
