Bravo, Cancelo, Otamendi, Fernandinho, Mendy, Rodri, De Bruyne, Silva, Sterling, Jesus, Bernardo
Bench: Ederson, Walker, Stones, Gundogan, Foden, Mahrez, Aguero

Think Jesus deserves another start and then bring Kun back in the midweek. Can't see anything other than us smashing them.
it's a cup final,we will play our normal game so sergio back in,you cannot leave him out of the cl and a cup final

Looked on the Villa fans forum, lots of dark humor ("expecting the kind of bumming you'd get in a Venezuelan prison" and "keep it close for the first 89 minutes then unleash hell") mixed with occasional defiant hope & Rorke's Drift mentality. Someone posted that the aggregate score in the last four meetings has been 17-1 to City, 51 to 13 since 2010.

These weren't quite the odds I got at Ladbrokes for a Villa walking up the steps to collect the pot!

Why not just sub him on as a goalkeeper?
I think (amazingly) Bravo has a better record of saving penalties than Ederson.

Edit: just checked the stats and Bravo has saved 25% (10/40), whereas Ederson has saved 16% (6/37), although Bravo generally doesn't seem to be the keeper he once was, so maybe it's a wash at this point.

Looking forward to this. Think we should win, not sure if some of our boys will be a bit leggy after RM.

Villa might just look to pack the defence and hope for the best....
