Aston Villa (H) | PL | Post-match Thread

I said the other day we had to win the Villa game and we did.

So we move onto the Palace game at the weekend and now that is a must win game, simple as.

We are at the stage where performances don't matter another 8 league wins of 1-0 will put us wherever that will be, but we're not in control, as we've conceded that control due to past results.CTID
 
Great team performance. Loved how up for it the lads looked tonight. Still a bit too much hesitation and risk averse side to side passing in goal scoring areas, but some cracking goals and a cracking score line against a team who beat us not so long ago, so all good. Onwards and upwards.
 
Villa fans, booing a player that stayed loyal when they went down, then dragged them up to the premier league and was instrumental in keeping them there. He then put a 100 million release clause in his new contract when he could have run it down and left on a free. Fucking ungrateful inbreds.
 
Just what the doctor ordered. Foden once again staking his claim to be 2nd name on team sheet in the midfield. As for them bitter bastards, Villa til I die or villa til you’re beaten ? Fuck off mate. Left in droves with 20 left. Come on city!!
