Yep given the fact that Villa are in 4th . Certainly the 2nd half we were superb- tightened up defensively and could have had 3 or 4 more goals. Rodri just said its the best performance all season. Roll on Saturday.Best we’ve played all season for me.

It will have been better than the last time I was there when someone ordered champagne for everyone at halftime, when we were up 2-nil against the rags, to be served at full-time…Hope Ric had a good time in Amity Hall in Manhattan!!

Just what we needed - looked like we played with more energy tonight which resulted in an improved press. Poor ole Alvarez cudnt buy a goal but Foden was just brilliant as was Rodders, Doku, Akanji and Grealish. Feels like this title race going right down to the wire and as good a chance as any .... CTID

We know more than anyone, that these games still have to be won.Tonight brought back memories of the night we beat West Brom 4-1 and the rags unexpectedly lost at Wigan...
Looking forward to Sheffield United turning the dippers over tomorrow night now!
It's tiring going into every game knowing you have to win, it's hard work.
Not saying it'll be tomorrow, but there will be points dropped, we just have to make sure we capitalise.
Arsenal have a horrific run of games over the next month, with Bayern twice as well.
