I'm glad somebody's said that. That pass was never on, especially hit at that pace.
I thought Bernardo was good, i.e. his usual self. Not vintage, but always busy and tidying up. Really rate the guy.

I thought Bernardo was outstanding. He just made it look so simple & we seemed to have a numerical advantage everywhere. Never overplays but skilful enough to go on a mazy run to go forward rather than a sideways pass.

Seen the replay and no way did Haaland foul the keeper so could only have been offside.

It was deemed Haaland fouled the keeper but oddly the free kick was outside the box, which means the keeper must have hand balled it !

If he was offside the free kick should have been well outside the box, and if anything the keeper fouled Haaland. These officials are not fit for purpose.

After a brief renaissance of three or four games, Mahrez has been utterly rancid in recent matches and back to his awful form since about this time last year.
Would rather play Phil there on Wednesday. Also not in great form but at least he works and will support his full back

I thought we were brilliant first half today. Still good second half but the levels dropped a bit after they got their goal. Some of the play going forward was beautiful!

How the fuck was Mahrez allowed to take the pen (even though it was a decent one Haaland should be taking them) and was he trying to take out a Chinese spy balloon with that shot just before he came off? I thought he had a decent game though.

Rodders was brilliant and Grealish had a good game too.

I've been Mahrez's biggest fan this year, but fuck I was cursing him after that miss. I had Rodri first goal 4-1 to win 450 quid. To make matters worse I had Mahrez to score first and 3-1 on my other bet. :(
