Could be a struggle in there heads knowing any trophies that they possibly win could potentially mean naff all.

I agree.

It's just as bad for us fans, but you won't see any media outlet express any sympathy for us. Every match we attend from now until the end of the season may potentially be rendered irrelevant if we're docked points. We're all in limbo and it's a disgrace.

The atmosphere needs to be nasty, feral even...aimed at anything and anyone non city. Right from the off and Right to the end....Pep needs to stir it up...the only ones with cool heads should be the players. Absolutely batter them.. no mercy. No easing up if we are ahead...

Same for every game

Would love to see Pep being a cheerleader in the lead up (press conference) and during the game!

Ederson
Walker
Akanji
Laporte
Ake
Kev
Rodri
Gundogan
Mahrez
Haaland
Grealish

Akanji gets way too much shit for my liking. He’s fast, good on the ball with both feet and aggressive in the tackle. Walker over Lewis, just. Laporte over Dias, just.

Off topic but how the hell have we managed to get 5 away games in a row? Lads will be abused for weeks before they return to Manchester.

Fucking shite it is, all of it feels pointless tbh.

Yeah, that's definitely a concern. Pep will just have to do his best to keep them focused on matters on the pitch but it's obviously not an easy situation to manage.

I’m also looking forward to this. I just want to watch football again and talk about the game. I’m sick of all this financial shit

Ive not looked forward to a game so much for quite a while....I want to see a reaction on the pitch but i really want to see it off the pitch....
I hope their are banners etc showing support for the hierachy (Khaldoon et al.) and not just the players/management. I hope the press box gets absolute pelters from the fans. I hope any media/pundit is left in no doubt how much destain/hatred we have for them (and we should have it for them - they have pushed this narartive since the takeover)

The club (not just Pep and the players) need the fans more than ever at the moment and moving forward.

Living in Cornwall there isnt as mch interest in football as elsewhere in the country and certainly not about the premiership (amongst adults at least) -there are fans around of teams (including city) but the conversations down the pub/work etc rarely revolve around football.....so I rarely engage in conversation around it .....But I have actively sort it out this week with anyone who has dared to say anything.....

Just feels like the season has already finished to me, hoping pep can lift our moods in his press conference. If he comes across as down and distant the mood will be worse, (Although I expect him to feel the same as us).

I think the shenanagens going on now will either really fire the players and they will find that x factor again OR we will continue to tread water and play for top 4.
