Sherwood is an absolute bellend, but at least he's got Villa playing fairly attractive football. I always prefer a side that tries to do things the right way, as opposed to a Pulis side that defends solidly and looks to sneak undeserved points.

Or a Mourinho side that tries to do the same thing!

Had a shit away day in 2008 under Mark Hughes .
From what i remember of that away day .
Corluka had a melt down and was proper dog s**t .
Anyway we lost 4-2 and Agbonlahor played like Pele in his prime .

My last visit to Villa park .
We won 1-0 .
Lescott scored 11-12 season .
Good day out that .
Also had quite a few pints that day .

Are you an Arsenal?

I suspect you are on one of these football purists who say Fat Sam's Bolton team was full of hatchet men.

Fat Sam's sides were full of blokes who smashed it long to a bloke up top who battered into defenders, almost completely missing out the midfield. Effective? Sure. Entertaining? Not so much.

And no, I'm not "an Arsenal", I'm just a bloke who likes to be entertained by the football he watches.

Will they avoid relegation again?

If they don't replace Benteke with quality, I'm not so sure.

It's no coincidence that Villa's upturn in form happening when Sherwood got Benteke playing well. Before that, Villa were bang in the relegation battle.
