Of all the Midlands clubs I've never liked Birmingham City .

I suppose it does seem excessive but I did have to work for one of the said cockwombles for 2 years and he may have tainted my views :-)

I have a number of friends who are Villa fans, good blokes who I have a lot of time for and I dont mind Villa as a club, good away day. You have to give them a bit of slack, they were knocking on the door a few years ago and we have just flown passed them, they were jealous when we were first taken over and took Barry from them, but were resigned to losing Milner and have been fine ever since. They are a long way away from being rags or Scousers, not even anywhere near as bad as Arsenal or Chelsea fans for me.

Villa Park was my first away trip but even so, we'll have to agree to disagree on this one.
Actually, on reflection, I also hate rags, scousers and gooners too.

mate, i was in a relationship with one for several years, her brother and father being lifelong villa season ticket holders.
i understand exactly where you are coming from, they were always going on & on & on about city being shitty.
safe to say their awful accent didn't help one bit.
