This will be our Norwich
away from last season. Roberto will unleash.
Tevez and Aguero to devastating effect
and we will thump Villa 6-0.

Should be a tricky one with them being relegation candidates and all but they just look destined to be relegated. Their squad is lacking in quality in both the midfield and defence. SHOULD be a routine win, let's hope the blues keep their promise to keep fighting to the end!

Same as Chelsea but tweaked a tad:

----------------------------------------------Hart----------------------------------------------
------------------Zab----------------Kompany-------Nastasic--------Clichy--------------
-------------------------------------Rodwell-----Garcia--------------------------------------
--------------------------Milner-------------Yaya----------------Silva-----------------------
---------------------------------------------Aguero--------------------------------------------

I going with the optimists on here, 4-0 I reckon.

What's happened with Dunnie lately? I know he had a bad injury but is he still out of the lineup?

And how is Superman looking for Villa?

Think we'll win this one 4-1.

Liking the confidence on here for this game. I'll be a bit more reserved and say we'll only win 3-1 ;) Aguero x2, Silva and Benteke for them.

Not 'too' sure I want Rodwell to start this one, maybe a 30 minute appearance off the bench, no need to rush him. I'd like Garcia and Barry to hold, if Barry is fit, but if not then Rodwell should get a go.

The Garcia and Barry pairing simply doesn't work. Slow, disjointed and slow.

I'd trust me, myself and any other willing City fan to control Villa's midfield. But yes, you make a valid point, I'd advocate moving Yaya back, but he was simply too monstrous against Chelsea to think about moving back after that performance. I personally think it highlights the need for a new CM, Milner IMO works well as a right sided midfielder, many highlight his technical deficiencies, but he works on his skills, his shooting in particular at times is impressive.

Villa 1-1 City...just thought I would add some realism to the fantasy posts made on here to date. Villa must win to survive. We have no chance of the title and only seem to play well whenever our second place spot is being seriously challenged. After all, what did you expect me to say?

We will have 30 chances, miss all and they will score from their only shot on goal, in the 88th minute...........
