U don't understand this logic sometimes, if Villa need to survive, might they look to other teams to get points of of. There's a reason Vila are in the relegation zone after all, they are not good! When United come up against relegation contender, people assume they will win by a big scoreline easily, but when it is us, teams will try hard and we struggle. Pessimism on here is stunning...lionheart said:Villa 1-1 City...just thought I would add some realism to the fantasy posts made on here to date. Villa must win to survive. We have no chance of the title and only seem to play well whenever our second place spot is being seriously challenged. After all, what did you expect me to say?

Square peg it is then we will be getting the train in to Snow Hill from Stourbridge - should be there 5 ishSolihull Samba Boys said:Seems as good a place as any to talk about boozers before the game. The Square Peg (Wetherspoons) on Corporation St is a cracking boozer (we're there from half 2-ish), close to New St station too. For all you real ale drinkers the Wellington is great, again close to the station. Don't think the pubs around the ground are much cop to be fair. Cabs are fairly cheap from the centre to the ground or you can get a train from town to Witton which is a couple of mins walk from the ground itself.
