it's the normal box office opposite the shop.

You need the seasoncards, the DOB and the postcodes of the people you are buying for. (you have to complete a form with brief details of the people you are buying for before you go to the window). The stewards ask if all have enough points, and if you have the cards with you.

I didn't have the dob for the person I was buying for, but it didn't seem to be a problem

Cheers for that, had a horrible feeling i'd get to the front and be turned away for missing something :)
 
Where do you park? Can you park outside the box office and shop or do you need to park down in the official car park near the gas works. Cheers

Is the date of birth important if you have the persons season cards? I might have a problem if it is :(
