Atalanta (A) CL Post-Match Thread

Thought the ref was having a very good game and var was used correctly. Didn't think bravo fouled the player but made it very easy for a decision to be made. Mahrez, what is the purpose of does nowt offers nothing. Kev not at his best Bernardo same really, Gundo great player but way too slow. Gabby nuff said. Still didn't get beat so not too bad
 
Embarrassing. Shocking second half display. Complete panic. No composure. That wasn’t evident last season. A quality team will slaughter us unless we gain what's missing.
 
Our midfield went utterly missing in that second half under the pressure. If they do that on Sunday we are fucked as Liverpool will swarm is from minute 1. Also their ability to just lump it over the top for their player to run onto is exactly what Liverpool love to do, already giving me cold sweats thinking about it.

All in all, that was atrocious and some of those performances were nowhere near the standards we need for Sunday.

That’s what I thought, they pressed and pressured us really well, exactly how the dippers play, so hopefully will stand us in good stead for Sunday, just hope we deal with it better than we did tonight!
