What a fantastic result especially after going a goal down,sterling was unplayable at times world class now,just worried slightly that better teams than Atalanta would put their chances away,hopefully Rodri isn’t out to long and Foden red card just took a slight gloss off it ..

Sterling different class.
Foden,Aguero and Gundogan played well.
Mendy had an extremely inconsistent match.
Referee was as inconsistent as Mendy.

Sure you watched it? That was abysmal refereeing.

I did. I'd take that refereeing any day for the usual ones we get. Both penalties spot on, most of fouls too, the only thing debatable is first Foden's booking, it was bit soft though I've seen them before.

I'll give Atalanta credit for coming here and actually looking to play, looked very bright at times and probably could have had 2 or 3 goals on another night. Even after the lead was 3 or 4, they just kept going for it. The match in Milan should be a great one, could see a 4-2 or 5-3 type scoreline.
