Missing their best striker Zapata. Gomez, Illicic, & Muriel all have the ability to make something out of nothing. Malinovskyi also looks a good player.

Otamendi is still a really decent CB, just needs some young energy next to him.

Give angelino some time as Zinchenko appeart to be unwell and Mendy played 90 minutes against Palace

Fernandinho to give Rodri some well-deserved rest.

Gundogan played well against palace and was MOTM for Germany a week ago. Let him play more centrally with Foden or Bernardo next to him for the energy in midfield.

Mahrez because he is just fucking good.

Let Jesus prove himself at left. Can be handy as we don't have a lot of players who can play at left. Also he normally plays really well in the CL.

Aguero just because it's our own Sergio fucking Aguero.


Sub in Stones, KDB and if 3/4 goals up Jayden Braaf (our next Sancho).
If it's a draw or loss after 60 minutes sub in Sterling and KDB.

With the width of our team we can easily play a 2nd choice team. We're at home and players like otamendi, gundogan, jesus are so much better than any player they can dream of.

We might not have qualified yet but it’s going to take something monumental for us not to qualify. Atalanta are the weakest team in a fairly weak group, there’s no risk to playing a team you’d expect to see in the carabao, we’d still be strong favourites and in the unlikely event we did lose there’s zero harm done. You see all the top sides now playing weakened teams in the group stages pre-qualification unless they’re in trouble. It’s like being a lap ahead in the f1 but still trying to set fastest laps, it’s just not necessary to go all out.

We are going to go balls deep for the CL and i would be amazed if we go in weak especially after a recent International break, once we have qualified things may change.

I don't think they are the weakest team. I think Dinamo are. I know Dinamo thrashed them, but if you look at Serie A, they've done quite well. That game at Dinamo seems like a one-off.
