Hi mate. Try the Athens Sports Bar. I watched last season's Spuds away game there. People were sound and the beer and food prices were OK tooI'm in Athens on Friday anyone know somewhere that will be showing the Match. I have tried reaching out to the Hellenic supporters club but no response.

After the game I said to a bloke sat there that that sort of performance was why we were going to win nothing that season. Shows how much I know!That sounded great.

Yep I think so! Depending on your expectations though.Is Athens any good as a city break?
The majority of the city is very scruffy, but it has lot of substance.
Food, culture, nightlife, music, history etc.
I wouldn't go in the Summer, but is a good October-March destination.

I'm going to Athens for a few nights next month - all very touristy.
a) Should I book tickets for the Parthenon in advance? and
b) there seems to be more than one hop on hop off tourist bus service offering different options. Can anybody recommend one the operators?
