It was a good run out for the entire squad, in poor conditions, against a shitehouse team, with domination when our first team was on the pitch, but still not particularly indicative of what we should expect in a few weeks.

We are still short in CM for me, I like Kovacic, looks what he is, quality, but Phillips, sorry it's not going to happen, out of his depth and plays like he knows it well.

Kovacic had a chance and ballooned it over the bar, is his shooting/ composure weak hence his low goals across his career?

Such a fucking bizarre thing to say. He spent the whole second half having to cover Cancelo's arse when he was meant to be playing in midfield.

Cancelo was pushed up and one of the few trying to create something. Lewis was the Stones role, literally his job to cover.
