Have you been to any recent derby's at the Etihad?

I've seen every PL derby at the Etihad and while there may have been a few rags in the home section I've never seen one celebrate a goal. - Other than one in a box who was asked to sit down after celebrating and later escorted out when he objected to City fans taking the piss after we scored.

Grounds didn't need fake ultras groups years ago.
Lower prices get the ground full of proper blues the atmosphere will sort it's self out

What atmosphere. When we were shit and I mean really shit you could at least guarantee a bit of atmosphere. Look at the PSV fans the other night bouncing around 7=1 down! Fucking awful today and I don’t expect it to be much better moving forward. We need to be the 12th man and somehow help the team scrape over the line. Has the singing section gone on strike?

Trouble is.
The club don't give a toss about atmosphere.
They want it to be like Disney land

All the singers need to fuck the South Stand off and leave the absent fans and arm-folded silent standers over there to their own section.

How do you build an atmosphere from an absent ‘Singing Section’?

The atmosphere isn’t particularly good anywhere in the PL, but at no other ground in the country would any singing section look like that when the teams come out or during the game. None!

In the Rag’s singing section above their tunnel, those fans would have their season tickets taken off them in that area and moved elsewhere. That’s how strict they are (if you get your phone out in that area at the Swamp during the game, you get a warning!).

Not saying I want that, but come on, get in your seats and get behind the team!

The club are running a fine line alienating local fans in favour of the tourist fans and sacrificing atmosphere.

Let's see if the club come crying back to the local fans when we're only getting 30 thousand on thursday nights next season.
