I’m starting to agree on your first point. On its day the south stand - the bigger section next to the away fans, can be brilliant. But how many times over the last few years has it actually been really good? The south stand is done it's had its day but is now filled with people who can't be arsed to be there when the players come out or at the end of the game and for the time in between stand in silence, something has segregated the fans in that end , they used to be one voice but now there seems to be no commaradary. Question , regardless of flags or tifos, has the atmosphere in that end got better or worse since the emergence of the 1894 group?
From where I sit in the Colin bell stand, it seems so split up and there’s different groups not joining in with each other. There’s a few rows at the back next to the away fans and a small section near the corner flag. Other than that, most people just stand there in silence.
It doesn’t work at all as singing end.
