I take it you have followed and read the thread even though you’ve only posted on it a few times? 1894’s stance on the NS, NSL2, SSL1, and the other singing sections has been well documented on this thread and is still on-going. I’m sure there will be further updates in the future. What you will have noticed is that 1894 are honest and up front with the fans. 1894 have involved and engaged with the fans, seeking their views and opinions.

It’s a single tier. The bottom tier is staying as it it. The new tier is divided into safe standing, general seating, and hospitality. Even though NSL2 has 2000 more seats than SSL1, there are 3000 less safe standing seats than SSL1.(I stand corrected on those figures)

As I keep on repeating. So far the club hasn’t shown any public willing and initiative for a Blue Wall and a genuine atmospheric home end bar installing 30000 safe standing seats that will be ‘available to anyone’. Hopefully the club have further plans that they haven’t released yet to create an atmospheric home end, which they will reveal over the coming months, as the opening of the new tier gets closer?

It wasn’t 150, it was about 50. I don’t know the exact figure. I don’t lie. But that 50, or what ever the figure was, eventually increased to 1000’s, maybe 10,000’s on the concourses all over the ground. Why do you think Sheikh Mansour and Khalddon interviewed and directed the board to reduce match day ticket prices? Watch the end of season video where Chris Bailey brings up the protests to Khaldoon, and watch Khaldoon’s reaction and listen to his words.

And yes, I'm was one of those City fans at the front of the main stand from day one. Handing out leaflets, talking to City fans and away fans around the stadium, and explaining what the protest was about, and why the fans started it. I don’t regret doing it. And I never will regret doing it. The vast majority of City fans I spoke to supported the protest/s and said they would take part in the protest/s.

As I have posted on numerous occasions. I want NSL2 to work. Like every other City fan I want a proper and atmospheric home end. I want the Directors and the club to work with the fans to achieve that.

Unfortunately Lexstar, you can’t ask the club similar questions. You won’t get a reply. As I have posted previously, the Directors and the club make the final decisions, regardless of what any fan group/s or the fans want for the new NS and NSL2. We’re going around in circles.

1894 have approached the club with their ideas for NSL2 and have asked for a meeting. Let’s see what happens next year.
 
As mentioned on here before I find myself outside looking in. Had to give up my ST during covid, kids getting older and more expensive, can't justify spending so much on an ST with the price of living increases.
I'm hoping the club are going to give me an opportunity to break the loop and get back in. I fucking hate heights and watching ants but if the price is right I'll be there in the gods giving it out

Congratulations on your past, present and future involvement and I hope it leads to improvements and benefits for the club and our fans, much of which will spin off from a huge,noisy boisterous & FULL NS !!

Thanks, John. I'm aware of the issues with the club. I tried so hard to ask the club the same question, but emails don't get replied to. I am also in touch with City Matters also but I am asking you and 1894 these questions, not the club

My two pence: the north stand could do with its own supporters group that works alongside 1894, but also has some light(ish) powers to organized banners, police fan behaviour (no half and half scarves), and works as an ultra-lite organisation. All season cards could have a levy towards that group to help out with stuff over the season.

Thanks. Looking at the 1894 member email that was sent out, I’ve read that as only about relocation to the south stand. “If you would like to join us in south level one in 2025-26 or sooner, please fill out the form below.”

The survey questions seem to be more general, which I don’t think is clear in the email.
 
Think the stuffing and Christmas puddings were weighing heavy on the bellies today at Forest, don’t think we were our usual raucous selves away from home at all.

Certainly felt a little bit subdued at forest today, although that's the early kick off for you, they were the exact same. Obviously it was good when we went 2-1 up though.

Really strange away end, with many different chants going at once. A few blokes at the back singing their hearts out, however due to the concrete overhang these chants weren't spreading further than about 5 rows.

Basically the exact same as South Stand Lower.

Apart from blue seats the two stands are completely different.

This particularly applies to the acoustics which have been 'curated' to project the sound down & out as in a theatre or arena.

It's one of the reasons why everyone should support the club in creating a 'BLUE WALL' !!

I’m not on here to fall out with fellow BM posters like yourself, even though I can be a bit prickly at times with my replies. Apologies if my reply to you came across that way.

I want what you want, what every one posting on this thread wants, and what City fans want in general, a proper and atmospheric home end.

I sincerely hope that happens in the time left before NSL2 is opened up to the fans.

I’ve always found the Forest away end similar to the Wolves away end, but not as bad. Neither ends are great for generating a constant noise and a loud atmosphere. It would be great if all away ends were like the away end at Leicester City.

The other 1894 lads who post on here know much more than I do regarding what is going on between 1894 and the club than I do. I’m not the person to ask, mate. I trust the 1894 lads who have reached out to the club. Hopefully the club will engage, be sincere, listen, and talk to 1894 next year in a face to face meeting?

Just catching up and yep, the mailer isn’t totally clear regarding the survey. Clicking on the link itself gives a far wider overview with regards the survey.

sadly will be no blue wall in that stand due to the club llowing the posh seats in an area they said it wouldn't happen
