Atmosphere today/moving seats

Best decision I have made in a long time moving to the front rows of South Stand tier three.

Amazing view, able to really appreciate how good we actually are in terms of space, awareness and tactics.

The atmosphere up there won't be bettered anywhere else in the ground this season, the roof has made an incredible difference.

And I'm actually £500 better off for all this on savings for three season tickets!
 
Felt like the perfect mix in L3 yesterday. Those that wanted to stand could and many in 314 and 315 did and they were right next to away fans. As it got to 316 there seemed to be more women and children, but the sound carried and we could stand when we wanted. Absolutely fantastic!

Similar view from lower rows of East stand level 3

Fingers crossed the atmosphere remains and it wasn't just a one off given the opening of the new stand and the visitors

I think it is very different looking forwards on to the play, though, rather than from the side?

You really do get a better perspective in terms of the play coming up and down the pitch, especially so, when the bank is so steep that you actually feel sat over the pitch.

Ah yes, I heard about this. Hope they fix it for the next game. Should really get something free off the club if you couldn't see properly as it wasn't sold as restricted view.

I've got an extra step under mine! Bit of a nuisance but I can live with it. I did accidentally crush my half time Double Decker, though, after Sergio scored.

I was in 316 and while there were a few it didn't feel like sitting in the family stand. Decent group were stood up next to away fans starting songs as well as some stood at the back of 318 but they spread throughout the tier. Regardless of age ect it felt like everyone was up for it in the new stand, plenty of us stood for songs and even saw a lot joining in loudly sat down. Yesterday was a special day but something even more special is happening in the South Stand, can't wait for the rest of the season

Absolutely spot on! Also in 316 and it was incredible, really did feel like a south stand and not just a few separate groups singing their own songs! Everyone got involved and long may it continue!
 
I was smack bang in the middle of 115 yesterday, absolute pandemonium in there!

What did everyone think of the 1894 flags? Unfortunately, despite asking for them to be returned after the game around half went missing! Although I won't care as long as they are brought back!

I thought the extra step was dodgy last year but it's a god send for those with weak knees who want to clamber over the seats while the aisles are clogged up after full time.
