Attacks in Paris

I'm still waiting for the peaceful anti ISIS 100,000 strong march with the banner at the front saying ''NOT IN MY NAME''
Hell will freeze over first
It's all Allah's will. What will be will be because that's what he wants.

They have just done what they want

We have to carry on: if we don't, the terrorists win. Our country constantly faces the treat of terrorism from the same evil bastards that perpetrated the cowardly atrocities in France (the emotive wording is deliberate). So far, our security services have been very successful but there is absolutely no guarantee we won't suffer another horrifically tragic event in the UK; we cannot live our lives in fear of that.

Does it? Really?
Then i suggest they get a grip.
I worked in Manchester at the height of the IRA terror campaign and we had a bomb scare every week. Did i stop going to work, or Maine road or clubbing? Did i fuck, and neither did the rest of Manchester.
Spot on, it was a worrying time back then but life went on it has to do, don't give in to terrorism, go about your normal life

As cliched as it is, 'keep calm and carry on' seems to be the only way for me to deal with something as tragic as this. Mass shootings (I live in the states), terrorist attacks, have started to become part of daily life, almost expected. I'm no longer shocked by it, just disappointed that mankind seems to be doing everything it can to fuck up the planet and each other.

Amen
