Thinking about it, you might be right as the Audenshaw sign is near the billboard at the station.

I'm not sure to be honest. I just wanted to claim the Boundary for Ashton!

I know there's a sign near the station but not sure where the sign is going the other way past the church so there's a chance that it could actually be in both Audenshaw and Ashton.

Used to drink in The Boundary in the 80's - quick 2 or 3 pints at tea time on a late shift lunch break from the ICL factory up on Manchester Road/Birch Street (when we weren't in the Birch) - some bugger built a motorway sometime inbetween which killed the Birch (and the Blue Pig)
