While I'd also give it to Silva a case could be made for Sagna? I mean, did anyone see that coming? We all know Silva is incredible, but Sagna really went above and beyond what we expected of him this past month.

I don't think you could really grumble if Pardew or probably even Monk won it ahead of Pellers. They'll argue we should be winning 3 of our fixtures comfortably anyway. The bigger travesty would be if Spanish Dave didn't get player of the month. Who else would be in the running? I'm guessing Montero, Butland, Wilson and Mahrez would all be in with a shout.

I'd actually struggle to choose between 3:

Komps: Came back looking like a new signing, has been a rock at the back and helped us to 4 clean sheets, and joint top scorer with 2 goals surprisingly!
