The fucking idiot has been all over the media today trying to justify his Trumpian decision. Quite laughable really - he wants his body purer than the driven snow, so as not to be infected with a vaccine. Pity that the interviewer didn't put to him something like:-
" Don't you feel like an absolute **** now, given than Nadal had the vaccine; he's had multiple injuries and covid; he'd hardly played in the last 6 months; he played the full tournament in Australia and won a tremendous final, over about 5 hours, at a similar age to you. So, given that he apparently had no iil effects, aren't you just a self-obsessed, cretinous twat, who just likes to talk himself up, but in fact, most of the civilised world will always remember you as a dick? Oh, and, Nadal's now ahead of you in the grand slam stakes; ha-ha!! Pillock!"
Maybe it'll be on the full interview later tonight - not that I'll be listening. The other problem is that the BBC put the news of this at the start of the 1 o'clock news for 10 minutes today; someone evidently thinks that potential war in Europe is less important than dickhead Djokovic.

Novak Djokovic's comments about COVID-19 vaccination will "cause harm", a medical ethicist has argued.

His views are "enormously influential" could "reinforce beliefs" among people who are not as fit and healthy as the tennis star, Professor Dominic Wilkinson has said.

The professor of medical ethics at the University of Oxford said that the response to the coronavirus pandemic should be collective and suggested that libertarian views on vaccination of "my body, my decision, my choice" present a "fundamental ethical problem".
